Hello, I'm Eyoel, but I go by Joel. Originally from Ethiopia, I've been passionate about health and fitness for as long as I can remember. I’m a certified personal trainer through ACE (American Council on Exercise) with over five years of experience helping people of all ages reach their fitness goals. My approach focuses on making fitness achievable and sustainable for everyone, no matter their starting point. I worked with individuals to reduce muscle tension, alleviate pain caused by muscle imbalances, and improve their overall range of motion. This experience helped me understand the deep connection between movement, flexibility, and overall well-being.In 2023, I launched my own fitness brand, Eccentric Fitness, to bring a holistic approach to fitness that focuses not just on strength, but on flexibility and mobility as well. My mission is simple: to help people get fit, stay flexible, and build lasting habits in a way that fits into their busy lives.
